2005 National Education Summit on High Schools
Following up on the Bill Gates entry, here is the website for the 2005 Governors Summit. Also, you can find more info at Achieve.org, including their Action Agenda. And this little tidbit from Gates: "In 2001, India graduated almost a million more students from college than the United States did. China graduates twice as many students with bachelor’s degrees as the U.S., and they have six times as many graduates majoring in engineering. " Full Text of Speech
